- Frequency
Frequency shows the sinusoidal sound in Hertz. The treatment area is 20-120Hz.
- Volume
The volume can be set from 0 to 20. The default is 15. The volume also depends on both your computer’s and amplifier’s volume capacity.
- Rise time
Rise time determines how fast the sound wave intensity increases. Having a long rise time can relax the autonomic nervous system Faster rising time (less than 1 second) affords an activating effect in the autonomic nervous system.
- Hold
The sound duration determines how long the sound wave remains at full intensity.
- Decay
Decay determines how quickly the sound wave diminishes. Decay of longer tan 3 seconds can relax the autonomic nervous system. Faster decay (less than 1 second) activates the autonomic nervous system. Adjusting the Rise time, hold, and decay settings together customises the symmetrical and asymmetrical pulsation cycles occuring during the treatment sesión. By varying these settings one at a time, one gets the effect of a sound wave.
- Scan
The fundamental freqeuncy variation is used to more easily find each respective muscle’s respective unique frequency. In practice, it has been found to work for example variably between 1 and 4 hz. This means in the programme that the frequency value of 40Hz and scan 2 pitch range from 38 to 42hz.
- Speed
Speed controls adjust the pitch speed variation. With frequencies 40Hz, scan 2 speed 1, the pitch range changes from between 38 to 42 hz at an interval of 1 second. In increasing the speed value, the pitch variation slows down .
- Duration
This indicates the amount of time which has passed. From this you know how many times the above constructed programme has been played in a row. The time is displayed in the Windows as minutes and seconds.
- Time displays
Throughout the program, you can see the top of the playlist. The remaining time is shown on the right. On the left is the program used time. For a single episode , you can see the right edge of the episode
