These sales and delivery terms apply to Eepo and Aavi Oy (Business ID 2728000-6) and to the trade between the customer.
By subscribing to products, you agree to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions must be accepted before making a purchase.
All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. All prices apply for one item unless otherwise stated.
Through this service, it is possible to order and purchase products 24 hours a day using an electronic order channel. The desired products are selected, after which the customer provides more detailed information for delivery.
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. In order to receive the order confirmation, you must provide an e-mail address when ordering. An ordering agreement is created upon the order confirmation.
Products are delivered to customer email.
Products and their shipping costs are paid by invoice. The product will be delivered when the order is shown in Eepo and Aavi oy’s account.
ADVERTISING AND RETURNING
The customer must immediately check the products delivered to him and report any errors and omissions within eight days of receiving the product. Any obvious defect in the products must be reported before starting to use them. The seller will not be responsible for the additional costs of using such a product.
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer customer has the right to return the products within 14 days of delivery by notifying the COMPANY, either by e-mail or by telephone.

Description of the registered group:
The customer register contains the following information about persons: Name and Address Information, Phone Numbers, Email Address and Purchase Transaction Information.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA.
The register is thus protected so that third parties can not access it.
